Bethany+Jack

***Bethany and Jack had the sweetest intimate ceremony on September 20th, 2020 at The Cotton Mansion in Duluth, Minnesota. These two had the most darling wedding floral and we were so delighted to be a part of their big day.

- Bethany had a rounded bouquet involving a muted tone palette and elegant draping ribbon in various shades of pink and mauve. Her florals included, light pink dahlias, garden roses, white playa roses, light pink locally grown snapdragons, ranunculus, coneflower pods, seeded eucalyptus, and olive branch.

- Best of all, they had their sweet pup involved! Mia the pup had her very own greenery collar made out of seeded eucalyptus and ruscus. Mia even made an appearance in a few of their wedding photos!

- We absolutely adored working with these two and wish them nothing but happiness! Our 2020 brides have a special place in hearts. From cancelling, to postponing, to have two separate big days, they have shown so much love and determination to have their dream wedding (while abiding by COVID-19 regulations of course).

On July 11th, 2020, the dearest of hearts, Mallery and Logan held and elopement style ceremony in Duluth’s very own Hartley Nature Center. During COVID-19, we have loved nothing more than to see the creativity in ceremonies to make sure they abide by all the regulations set in place to stay healthy and well, while still being such a special moment for our clients.

This ceremony included the most charming greenery bouquets with darling blue/grey draping ribbon. We absolutely adore greenery bouquets and the simplicity they bring to a ceremony. This one, in particular, included Italian Ruscus, Seeded Eucalyptus, Spiral Eucalyptus, and our personal favorite, Blue Thistle *(Eryngium planum)*. The boutonniere is wrapped in a linen blue/grey toned ribbon while possessing the same greenery as stated above with a blue thistle as the statement piece.

We are so fond of Marya’s light and airy feel to her images while capturing the couples’ personalities in her photography.

Styled Shoots//Elopement Style

bouquet.JPG

Two words. Styled Shoots. One of our absolute favorite things is doing styled shoots with local vendors right here in our wonderful city!! We could talk for hours about these shoots, the lovely people, and what goes into a shoot like this one, but here is a short snippet for you!

This shoot took place up the North Shore on Lake Superior with Daniela Buvat, Wedding and Elopement Photography. This shoot had a bohemian//open-air feel. With COVID-19, most brides are eloping and having receptions the following year. This shoot captured everything that an elopement needs to be, with the arch pieces, the bouquet, the sweetest couple and their pup, and the beautiful lake we love and adore.

Creating a bouquet like the one shown here all depends on what is available and in season. Our personal favorite floral in this bouquet are Dahlias, with their huge blooms and unparalleled colors. This long-lasting bloom is available from late July to mid-October.

Our shop could not be more in love with how this shoot turned out or how wonderful//talented our local vendors are!!!
