Alert! Alert! -- This wrap subscription DOES NOT automatically come with a bouquet, it is just the subscription & is great as an add on to another floral arrangement/gift. If you want the subscription to be with a weekly 10$ bouquet you must select that option and pay for the wrap!
This tiny card packs a big punch! How does it work? Each week we feature a wrap bouquet. Floral variety & stem counts are constantly changing -- which makes each week's unveiling all the more exciting. Weekly selections are posted on our social media accounts: Facebook, & Instagram. Not on social media? No problem! Just provide us with the recipient's email in the notes section & the weekly wrap bouquet email will land in their inbox. The recipient of the subscription will simply present the card at the time of pickup to be punched for no-hassle shopping! Give the gift that keeps on giving!
We will package the card in an adorable S&G stamped bag with a handwritten note {with a message of your choosing} along with a description of the Weekly Wrap Program. The recipient will then be responsible for picking up bouquets on subsequent weeks of their choosing, meaning, they can pick & choose the weeks they want to participate.
If you would like your gift shipped via USPS be sure to select “USPS shipping” at check-out. If you select to have the wrap subscription sent with a bouquet, we cannot send it via USPS. You must select the appropriate location for hand delivery service.

For curbside or in-store pick-up be sure to select “pick-up” and add your desired date and time in the notes section during checkout. For in-store pick-ups, stop in at the time you have stated on your order & check in at the front counter. For curbside, pull up to the store at the time you have stated on your order, give us a call at ((218-728-1455)) and we will run your order out to you.
Orders placed by 12:00 NOON will be delivered same day. Orders placed after 12:00 CST will be delivered the following business day.
Selecting the wrong delivery charge may result in your order delivery being delayed. If you have any questions about which delivery charge to select, please give us a call at 218.728.1455.
Orders placed for delivery February 14th, will be delivered between 8 AM and 5 PM. Timing of your delivery will be dependent on location in our route. With the sheer amount of deliveries going out on the holiday- we cannot estimate an exact time. If you would like to guarantee that your delivery is completed by 12:00, please select “rush delivery” at check-out. If your delivery is going to a place of business, please designate the recipient’s working hours in the notes section of your order so that your order is routed appropriately.
You are required to provide us at least one phone number for your recipient. If your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave a door tag at their residence {{may not be possible with some secured apartment buildings}} & also a telephone message stating that we have a flower delivery for them. If we haven't heard back by the end of the business day, we will call you, the sender, to let you know.
The more information you provide us the better & will assist us in getting your flowers delivered quickly & efficiently. Floral arrangements will not be left outside under any circumstances due to the freezing temperatures. Our staff & drivers are explicitly forbidden to leave orders outdoors or accept orders that are supposed to be left outdoors.
Due to extreme call volume during the holiday, we will contact you if we are unable to complete your delivery for any reason. If you haven’t heard from us, you should assume that your delivery is on track and/or has already been delivered.
Floral arrangements in vases will be filled with water & packaged to protect them from the cold. If the recipient wishes to take the flowers home from work, or transport them outdoors for any reason, they MUST be re-wrapped in plastic before going outside. In the event the flowers are transported without packaging by the recipient and are damaged// frozen due to weather, we will not issue a refund or a replacement. We do provide an instruction card for transporting floral in cold weather with each arrangement.
Wrapped floral arrangements will ship to the recipient in layers of paper & cellophane with a TEMPORARY water source on the stems. If the recipient wishes to take the flowers home from work, or transport them outdoors for any reason, they MUST be re-wrapped before going outside. In the event the flowers are transported without packaging by the recipient and are damaged// frozen due to weather, we will not issue a refund or a replacement. When the flowers arrive at their permanent destination, they MUST be re-cut & put into fresh tap water with the proper proportion of flower food {follow the directions on the flower food packet provided with your order}. We do provide care instructions for every wrapped arrangement we send out.

Orders placed by 12:00 NOON will be delivered the same day. This means to assure same day delivery on Valentine's Day Friday {Feb 14} your order needs to be placed prior to 12:00 CST. Orders placed after 12:00 CST will be delivered the following business day.
Deliveries for Valentines week, Monday, Feb 10 - Fri, Feb 14 will take place between 9 & 5. We cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery, but will do the best we can to honor requests placed in the notes section of your order. If you are sending an arrangement to a recipient at their place of work, please include their hours of work in the notes section of your order. If you need a guaranteed AM delivery {before 12:00} there is an additional charge of $10.00, which you may select during the checkout process.

We do provide care instructions for every wrapped arrangement we send out.

If your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, we will leave a door tag at their residence {may not be possible with some secured apartment buildings, etc.} & also a telephone message stating that we have a flower delivery for them. If we haven't heard back by the end of the business day, we will call you, the sender, to let you know, & will follow the same procedure the following day. The more information you provide us the better & will assist us in getting your flowers delivered quickly & efficiently. Floral arrangements will not be left outside under any circumstances due to the freezing temperatures. Our staff & drivers are explicitly forbidden to leave orders outdoors or accept orders that are supposed to be left outdoors. The flowers will freeze within minutes as they are comprised of over 90% water. {Think of what happens when you go outside in winter with wet hair}. We can, however, leave floral gifts in a heated garage or porch, or with a neighbor, door-person, or receptionist.
For orders going to large corporations or hospitals {UHC, Maurice's, etc} a cell-phone number for the recipient is required.
