June 2017 Wedding Wednesday

Amy + Colin's January wedding was the epitome of winter class + barn chic! Taking place at the Lake Superior Barn in Maple, WI, it was everything a Northwoods wedding should be. With a mixed palette of classic burgundy, blush, cream, + eucalyptus with the ever-so-cozy barn to tie everything together, every detail was perfection. 

Amy's bouquet consisting of garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, cedar, seeded eucalyptus, bay leaf, olive branch, + rosemary accented with sequins, blush, + gold ribbon -- to accompany her gorgeous beaded bodice dress + burgundy VELVET flats {swoon}

The gents adorning grey wool sweaters + fur hats coordinating with Colin's navy suit -- goals. 

Also, who doesn't LOVE a pair of dogs with eucalyptus wreaths?!?!

May 2016 Fashion Friday

Recently we have had the opportunity to participate in the Explore North Workshop, all put together by Mint & Lovely Studios.  They gathered photographers from around the Midwest & headed North to the Lake Superior Barn where they did a 4-day, 3-night workshop. We were so excited to make designs for these styled shoots, as they turned out seriously fabulous! From table arrangements to bouquets, the shoot was full of nostalgic, blissful designs, all fitting the Explore North vibe. We figured what's a better idea than to feature all this beauty on our Fashion Friday for this month! Take a peek at some of the photos below shot by the lovely Shaunae Teske. The Lake Superior Barn was the PERFECT place to have a winter-inspired styled shoot!

The bridal bouquet featured protea, white hydrangea, yarrow, silver brunia, tulips, lace fern, & plumosa - what a stunner!

Derick Cich Makeup Artistry was on hand to beautify. 

We loved this refreshing take on a holiday-centric tablescape!
